Panasonic Launches DMP-BDT100 3D Blu-ray Player


Panasonic has unveiled a new full HD 3D Blu-ray player, the DMP-BDT100 model.

The Panasonic BDT100 3D Blu-ray player has a single HDMI output. It is Wi-fi-ready and has the ability to up-convert standard-definition to 1080p and can produce Full HD 3D images to compatible HD displays. The BDT100 also includes a USB port and an integrated SD card slot.

Toshiba Releases Cell Regza LCD TVs


Toshiba has unveiled its Cell Regza LCD TVs which offer eye boggling capabilities.

The televisions use Toshiba’s Cell Broadband Engine to handle multimedia processing. The three LCD TVs – the Cell Regza 55×2 and the Cell Regza slim 55xe2 and 46xe2 – with this engine also use Toshiba’s 3D “Super Resolution Technology” that upgrades 3D content to superior near high definition content.

Samsung HMX-E10 Camcorder Announced


Samsung has announced the launch of a pocket-sized camcorder with a swiveling lens. The HMX-E10 is capable of recording in full 1080p HD and the lens can swivel up to 270 degrees.

The HMX-E10 has a 1/3.2 inch CMOS sensor that can capture 1920×1080 video, as well as still images with an 8 MP lens. It features a 2.7″ touchscreen display and comes with a variety of colour effects and filters to apply to your video, plus HDMI-out and a microSD slot. It has a Flip-like USB connector that allows you to plug into your computer without the need for a cord.

It will launch in September for $199.99 (~ Rs. 9,400).
